News June 2016

Welcome to the Hawkins Medical Clinic’s new look webpage. Our new website is now more patient centred with a particular focus on the services we offer our community.

To better prepare new patients for their first appointment we now have forms available on our website that patients can download, complete and bring with them to their first appointment.

We are on Facebook and Twitter so if you haven’t already please connect with us on social media.

We have recently launched a new campaign entitled MyGP@Hawkins. You will find pictures on Facebook, Twitter and our clinic TV Screens. The aim of this campaign is to not only showcase our doctors special medical interests but for our new and existing patients to get to know our doctors a little better.

Are you sick of calling the clinic for an appointment?

We are encouraging patients to register their details so they can book their next duty appointment online. Dr Elliot-Smith, Dr Vishnu and Dr Couchman currently offer selected online appointment times each week for their patients. Registered Hawkins patients can also book our weekday same day duty appointments online the evening before. To register all you need to do is email us at doctors@hawkinsmedical.com and ask to register your details for online appointments. Please ensure you provide your full name, date of birth and address so we can match your details. Alternatively you can complete this form Online Appointment Registration Form and drop it into the front desk when you next come into the clinic. One of our staff will then send you an email with information on how to log in and book your next appointment online.

If you have any questions about how all of our systems work please phone the clinic on (08) 87255266(08) 87255266 and one of our staff will gladly assist you.
