Assistant remunerations and conditions are negotiable, dependent on experience and qualifications and above AMA rates.

Leave provisions are generous in recognition of the need for both further study and time away from medicine. 

Assistants are encouraged to join the partnership and unit trusts (which employ staff, purchase assets and own the clinic premises) after a suitable settling period of twelve months - no goodwill is charged upon entry to the partnership. Click here for more information about the partnership.
